It applies and covers this Platform, Scalular.com, (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and its applications and services. Users or Visitors of this Platform will also be referred to as “You” and “Your”, wherever applicable.

• Us, by any other channel(s), such as another website run by the Platformor a third-party service provider (including our affiliates, if any); or
