Shipping Charges
Our shipping is weight-based, with transparent and predictable pricing.
📌 Standard Rates:
0.5 kg – 20 kg: Flat per-kg shipping rate
20+ kg: Tiered pricing with incremental multipliers per additional kg
Your final shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your total order weight.
Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge is applied to cover international logistics volatility:
All Countries (Except India): 30%–32% (calculated automatically)
Tax Inclusion (GST)
GST is applied to all shipping prices on top of the fuel surcharge as mandated by the Government of India:
All Countries: 18% GST

Customs & Import Duties
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These are typically collected by your country’s customs office at the time of delivery.
Delivery Timelines
All products at Scalular are made to order to ensure premium quality and full customization. Estimated production timelines are as follows:
100 – 200 Pieces: 4 – 7 business days
200 – 500 Pieces: 8 – 14 business days
500 – 1500 Pieces: 15 – 22 business days
1500 – 3000 Pieces: 25 – 30 business days
Please note: While we strive to adhere to these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to market conditions such as fabric/yarn procurement issues, supplier constraints, or logistical bottlenecks. In such cases, we will notify you proactively and ensure transparency throughout the process.
